Our registered dietitians provide nutrition counseling services and wellness talks at Waverley Oaks Athletic Club. We work with individuals of all ages and walks of life to discover how they can feel better than ever before by integrating new healthy eating habits that fit their lifestyle and tastes. We’ll actively engage you in your counseling so that any changes work for you, your family, and your comfort and skill levels. Registered dietitians can provide you with medical nutrition therapy for the following conditions:

Jessica Edelglass, MS, RD, LDN is holistic dietitian with over 15 years’ experience as an educator. She helps clients become healthier and look and feel better. Jessica creates a warm and welcoming space and works collaboratively with patients to create a nutrition plan custom-tailored to them. Jessica specializes in general healthy eating, sports nutrition, and digestive health.
Jessica has a Bachelors from Tufts University, a Masters in Science with a concentration in Food and Nutrition from Framingham State University, as well as a Masters in Teaching from Brandeis University. In addition to offering nutritional counseling services, Jessica teaches Les Mills BODYPUMP and BODYCOMBAT classes here at the Club. Lindsay Keach Bronstein (MS, RD, LDN, HC) is a nutritionist and health coach with an integrative mind/body/spirit approach to wellness. She has over 10 years of experience helping people discover the most powerful and healing food and lifestyle choices to fuel their busy lives. Her warm, practical approach and contagious love of food make healthy changes accessible, achievable, and sustainable.
Lindsay has a BA from Stanford University, a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA, and certificates in Health Coaching and Integrative Nutrition from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Columbia Teacher’s College. She completed her clinical dietetic training in the San Francisco bay area, with special rotations in digestive and brain health at California Pacific Medical Center.
