Our 6 week Walk It Off program starts in early July. The program includes a variety of walking intervals, balance work, and bodyweight resistance exercises. Weight loss, strength and improvement in balance will all be benefits. This 6 week progressive program is designed to help you improve your movement, boost your pace, build strength, and increase stamina.
Fridays: 7/7 through 8/11 at 11am
Mondays: 7/10 through 8/14 at 11:30am
Session Fee: $249 for 6-weeks
