Guests receive free access during Open House. We encourage you to pre-register by filling out the form below. Some of the events and classes have a limited capacity and we want to ensure that you have an opportunity to sample whatever is of interest to you.
Some of our special events are:
STRONG by Zumba demo class on Monday the 16th from 5-5:30pm! Are you looking to get STRONG? Join Leo as she demonstrates some of the exercises used in this HIIT class so you can feel more confident taking the full STRONG class in the future. Maybe even stay for the class at 5:30pm right after the demo!
Ice Cream Social with Jessica our RD Wednesday the 18th from 8:30 – noon
Small group training with Teri Wednesday the 18th from 9:30-10:30am
Friday Night Zumba Party with Timora on Friday the 20th at 6pm
Self Defense w/ Jason Come and learn the basics of self defense with experienced martial artist and personal trainer Jason Richard. He will cover basic grab and punch defenses as well as how to defend against an attack by a knife or blunt object.
