This easy, no bake dessert is perfect for your fourth of July celebration. It comes together quickly and highlights the colors of red, white and blue. You’ll appreciate the simplicity of the recipe and love the taste even more!
• 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
• 3 Tablespoons of honey
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup Sliced strawberries
• ½ cup Blueberries
• ½ cup Raspberries
Line a 9×13” baking sheet with parchment paper or waxed paper. In a bowl, combine yogurt, honey and vanilla extract, mix until thoroughly combined. Transfer this mixture to parchment lined baking sheet, spreading evenly. Top with berries, pressing them down gently into the yogurt. Place in the freezer for 3 hours until firm. Break into pieces and serve. Keep leftovers stored in the freezer in a freezer bag or freezer-safe container.
This is a bark you can make year-round and add other toppings such as nuts, seeds, dried fruit, or even chocolate chips. Enjoy!
