With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Adam Healy brings a well-rounded background in all aspects of health club management. From leading youth programs early in his career to co-owning a local club, Adam has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to create a full-service facility members are proud to call their own.

Before joining Waverley Oaks Athletic Club, Adam served as Member Services Director at the Mount Auburn Club and was a member of the Board of Directors for the New England Health, Racquet & Sports Club Association for four years.

At Waverley Oaks, building a strong sense of community is Adam’s top priority. Through consistent communication and a collaborative approach, he is committed to ensuring every member feels informed, supported, and heard. Adam regularly connects with both members and staff to gather feedback and continuously enhance the Club experience.
