PERSONAL TRAINING
Start Your Personal Training Journey at Waverley Oaks

Have you always wanted to work with a personal trainer but weren’t sure how to begin? We make it simple. Your first step is a Health and Wellness Planning Session – a one-on-one meeting designed to set you up for success. During this complimentary session, we will:
- Review your current exercise habits and fitness history
- Discuss your personal goals and any physical limitations
- Create a realistic schedule for workouts
You’ll also receive a comprehensive Muscular Balance Screening to assess your overall movement function. From there, our trainers will prescribe personalized corrective exercises to address any imbalances or movement issues – helping you move better, prevent injury, and get the most out of your training.

bridging the gap between rehabilitation & independent exercise
Our Team of Personal Trainers are always looking for ways to continue their education to better serve our members.
We have linked on with Physical & Occupational Therapy at Massachusetts General Hospital Waltham for an Educational Lecture Series that will continue to equip our Personal Trainers with the necessary knowledge to continue to provide training programs to post-therapy clients – bridging the gap between rehabilitation and independent exercise.
During this transition period, clients will continue to restore mobility/functionality, build strength, reduce chronic pain, and receive education on preventing re-injury.

FRANKLIN’S STORY
After years of competing at the college level and on the USA Fencing circuit, Franklin stepped away from competitive fencing as life’s priorities changed. Years later, his path led him back to the sport. With support from Trainer Kyle, he rebuilt the athleticism needed to return to the competition.

MINO’S STORY
Mino joined Waverley Oaks with a clear goal: to take control of his health and improve his quality of life. Through consistent exercise, mindful eating, and a commitment to lasting change, he lost over 150 pounds in one year while gaining a renewed confidence and healthier outlook.
