Chocolate Cinnamon Chia Pudding

Enjoy a decadent treat that’s packed with nutrition. Loaded with 12 grams of fiber, 7 grams of protein and heart-healthy Omega 3 fatty acids. It’s sure to hit that sweet spot – zero guilt included!


Ingredients:

½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 Tbsp chia seeds
½ Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Whisk all ingredients together in bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with fresh raspberries, if desired.
