Are Waverley Oaks memberships month-to-month?
Yes. Waverley Oaks offers month-to-month memberships with no long-term contracts, hidden fees, or annual fees. To cancel, members must notify the Club by the 25th of the month.

What is included with a Wellness Membership?
Wellness Memberships include access to the fitness center and cardio mezzanine, live group fitness classes, initial personal-training consultations, virtual and on-demand classes, locker room amenities, towel service, sauna and steam room access, and member discounts on select programming.

Do you offer a free club visit?
Yes. Prospective members can schedule a complimentary club visit to tour the facility, explore the equipment, try a group fitness class, or learn more about membership options.

What types of group fitness classes are offered?
Waverley Oaks offers a wide range of live, virtual, and on-demand group fitness options, including yoga, Pilates, Barre, Tabata, BODYPUMP, Zumba, and Cycle.

Do I need to reserve a group fitness class?
Yes. Group fitness classes require advance registration through the Waverley Oaks app or member portal.

Are there fitness classes for beginners and older adults?
Yes. Movement Essentials is designed for beginners, seniors, and people returning to exercise. The program focuses on confidence, mobility, balance, stability, strength, and functional movement in a supportive environment.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Does Waverley Oaks offer personal training?
Yes. Waverley Oaks offers personalized training with certified personal trainers who create programs based on your goals, current fitness level, lifestyle, and experience. Every new member receives two complimentary Health & Wellness Consultations with a Personal Trainer upon joining.

What is Jump Start Program?
Jump Start Program is a one-time introductory offer designed to help you get started with personal training after your Health & Wellness Consultations. For $270, receive a 3-pack of one-hour personal training sessions, including: a personalized training plan, one-on-one expert coaching, guidance to build confidence and momentum, a supportive starting point for beginners or those returning to fitness.

POOL & AQUATICS

Does Waverley Oaks have a pool?
Yes. Waverley Oaks has a salt-filtration pool for lap swimming, family swim, and water-fitness classes.

Do I need a special membership to use the pool?
A Wellness & Pool Membership is required to reserve lap-swim times. HydroBlast water-fitness classes are included with all membership levels, while H2O Fitness is a fee-based small-group aquatic training program available to all members.

Do I need a special membership to access Family Swim?
Family Swim is included with Family Membership plans. Reservations are required and can be made through the Waverley Oaks app or member portal. A fee applies for members without a Family Membership plan.

Do I need to reserve pool time?
Yes. Reservations are required for lap swimming, family swim, and water-fitness classes. Members can reserve pool time through the Waverley Oaks app or member portal.

WELLNESS PROGRAMS

What wellness services are available at Waverley Oaks?
The Wellness Center offers one-on-one services designed to support physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. Services include assisted stretching, Reiki energy healing, guided meditation, chakra balancing, sound bath healing, and other holistic experiences.

Nutrition Counseling

Does Waverley Oaks offer nutrition counseling?
Yes. Waverley Oaks offers personalized nutrition counseling with Registered Dietitian Janyce Gately. Telehealth appointments are also available, and nutrition services may be covered in whole or in part by many insurance plans.

Who can benefit from nutrition counseling?
Nutrition counseling can support anyone looking for practical, personalized guidance around healthy eating, meal planning, energy, performance, weight management, or long-term wellness goals.

Do I need to be a Waverley Oaks member to meet with the Registered Dietitian?
Nutrition counseling is available to members and non-members. Contact the Nutrition Department to learn more and schedule an appointment.

KIDS CLUB

Does Waverley Oaks offer child care while I work out?
Yes, Kids Club provides supervised child care so parents can exercise, attend a class, or meet with a trainer while their children enjoy age-appropriate activities and play.

What ages can attend Kids Club?
Kids Club is available for children ages 4 months through 12 years.

Do I need to reserve a Kids Club visit?
Yes. Reservations are required and can be made up to one week in advance, either in person or by calling the Club.

Is Kids Club included with membership?
Kids Club is included with Family Memberships. Children listed on Parent/Child Memberships also receive free visits, while individual members pay $10 per child per visit.

GUESTS

Can I bring a guest to Waverley Oaks?
Yes, first-time visitors receive a complimentary pass as a first-time guest. Future visits are subject to fees: $20 per adult (16 years +) and $10 per child (up to 16 years). Note that Juniors under 16 years of age do not have access to the workout facilities or group fitness classes.

Are multi-day guest passes available?
Yes. Waverley Oaks offers 3-day, 7-day, and 28-day guest-pass options for visitors who would like more flexible access.

Can guests use the pool or take group fitness classes?
Guests may be able to participate, but pool access and group fitness classes require advance coordination with Member Services. Group fitness classes and pool access require reservations, and guests do not have access to the reservation system.
