Welcome to the Club – let’s get you set up for success! We know that starting (and sticking with) a fitness routine can feel overwhelming especially when you’re not sure where to begin or how to structure your workouts. That’s why we’re here to help.
As a new member, you’re entitled to two complimentary one-hour sessions with one of our Certified Personal Trainers. These sessions are designed to remove the guesswork, set clear goals, and guide you toward building a healthier, stronger you right from the start.

APPOINTMENT #1: HEALTH AND WELLNESS PLANNING SESSION
This initial session is all about laying the foundation for your success here at the Club. You’ll meet one-on-one with a Certified Personal Trainer to:
Review your medical history & any previous or current experience with exercise
Set realistic and meaningful fitness goals
Explore group exercise classes
To wrap up the appointment, your trainer will guide you through a Total Body Movement Assessment Screening. This screening helps identify any movement dysfunctions that may be contributing to pain, limiting your performance, or making everyday activities more difficult.
By improving how your body moves, you’ll improve how it functions. The three assessments include: Shoulder Mobility Assessment, Hamstring/Hip Mobility Assessment and Overhead Squat Assessment.
Appointment #2: Active Fitness Session
In your second session, you’ll continue building your personalized roadmap to better health and performance.
If you’re interested, this appointment offers the opportunity to complete a baseline body composition assessment using our state-of-the-art InBody 570 machine. This powerful tool provides detailed insights into your body’s muscle mass, fat distribution, and hydration levels – valuable metrics to pair with the results of your initial movement assessment. Next, your trainer will:
Review your movement assessment results from your first appointment
Discuss how imbalances may be affecting your movement or performance
Prescribe customized corrective exercises to address those imbalances including targeted stretching and strengthening techniques
These corrective exercises form the base of your individualized fitness plan and will set the stage for your future cardiovascular and strength training efforts. Your trainer will also walk you through how to apply this plan during your workouts at the Club.
By the end of your session, you’ll walk away with a personalized starter program designed to meet your specific needs and goals.
