Amy’s class will be your most productive 55 minutes of the day – enjoyable, mentally relaxing, and an efficient workout. After warming up, you will ride through three stages: a climb, time trials, and rolling hills. Throughout each stage, you’ll get recommendations to optimize the effectiveness of every song and practice both intensity and endurance training. See you on the bike!
