Certification: National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)

Autumn Sornson is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She received her AS in Paralegal Studies from New Hampshire Technical Institute.

Autumn enjoys working with all ages and abilities from teenagers to older exercisers and everyone in between. Her sessions focus on building and maintaining strength and mobility to enhance everyday function and support all that life demands of our bodies. Autumn tends to use a lot of circuit style training in her sessions to help maximize time and efficiency while always incorporating variety to keep her workouts fresh and FUN for her clients.

Autumn’s favorite exercise is the squat, thanks to its full-body benefits and its relevance to everyday movements. She appreciates the versatility of the squat, as its many variations can be customized to meet individual needs and accommodate any physical limitations.

In her free time, Autumn loves being outdoors and soaking in the beauty of nature whether she’s hiking, running, or snowboarding. She also enjoys cooking, practicing Mandarin, and spending quality time with her family.

Autumn’s Philosophy on Training: The benefits of exercise go far deeper than just aesthetics. Staying active brings life-long health benefits regardless of age and ability level. Everyone is different, but movement benefits us all – physically and mentally. It’s important that you find activities that YOU enjoy and that will help foster long term sustainability and success. Whether it is lifting in the gym, participating in your favorite workout class, or spending time outdoors, explore different activities until you find what feels right for you.

If you’re not sure what you enjoy yet, that’s perfectly okay. Let Autumn guide you on a journey to discover what makes you not only healthier, but also happier!
