Build cardiovascular health through movement and strength building with resistance training. Most importantly come and have some fun in a relaxing, fun atmosphere!

This class is known for fabulous playlists, a warm and welcoming environment, and varying levels of intensity with each exercise. We work around injuries and safely increase strength. Listen while you workout and learn why we are doing specific exercises, what we are working on, and how it should feel. It is a challenging program, with clear instruction, and continued focus on form and balance. With thoughtful progressions designed towards increased fitness.

*Movement Essentials (ME) classes are designed for seniors, members who are just returning to exercise, and the beginner/novice exerciser.

High Intensity Interval training to get the heart pounding then a short recovery period. Typically 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of active rest (repeat 8 times) then all over again with different moves. Bodyweight movements and movements with weights will be used in Vielka’s class.
