Meet Jason! Jason has been a part of the Waverley Oaks team as a Certified Personal Trainer since 2017.Jason earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from UMASS Lowell and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
Born and raised in Waltham, Jason has been involved with fitness his whole life playing hockey, soccer, baseball, but his true calling is martial arts. He currently teaches children Karate and Brazilian Jujitsu at his martial arts school, and self-defense classes to all ages. He enjoys working with children and has vast experience doing so. Through his work at Waltham Recreation Department, Jason serves as a mentor and role model at Chill Zone, a free after-school program that offers great opportunities for recreation and socialization.
Jason is an incredible asset to the Waverley Oaks team as his extensive knowledge and training enables him to work with all ages and fitness levels to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. He works closely with his clients to create a customized plan to ensure a safe, effective, and fun fitness journey.

I love working at Waverley Oaks because we truly care about our community. I know that everyone I work with, from the front desk personnel to our wonderful maintenance team, and my fellow trainers always put their members first.

What I love about training: The different kinds of people I get to meet.
My Philosophy on Training: I approach each person uniquely and address their movement skill before anything else because if you’re moving poorly you probably shouldn’t add a weight to it.
Why I love working at WOAC: I love working here because I know that everyone I work with from the front desk personnel to our wonderful clean team to the other trainers always put the members first.
