NICOLE DEROSIERS

Nicole is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as well as a Certified Group Fitness Instructor from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). She received her BA in Communications & Cinema Studies from Northeastern University. She has been working in the fitness industry since 2012 and in addition to her role as a Personal Trainer, she teaches Zumba, Group Cycling, Barre, Pilates and MX4. She can work with any age or ability level but has a passion for working with older exercisers, those new to exercise, BIPOC women and those coming from backgrounds in dance. Nicole’s training style incorporates mobility, flexibility, agility, body awareness and resistance training. Her favorite exercises are Zumba and Pilates because of the joy and functionality that both bring to one’s everyday life. In her free time, Nicole enjoys watching all things on Bravo, spending time with her husband and kitty cat, traveling, dining out and of course dancing!

Philosophy on Training: Nicole truly believes that human movement is for everybody and every BODY regardless of age, gender or ability level. Her goal is to help you reap not only the physical benefits of exercise but also the mental rewards that come with regular physical activity. Nicole loves how working out makes us ALL feel strong and empowered to enjoy all the things we love to do, but also to help get us through the challenging times as well.
