NEW MEMBER SUCCESS PROGRAM

We understand that the process of getting started on an exercise program can be daunting for many people. It can feel overwhelming and make you want to give up before you even get started. At Waverley Oaks, we’re here to help! 

We are so confident that our New Member Success Program can get you successfully started on your wellness journey that if you don’t want to continue after the 6-week program, you can simply stop and there’s no further commitment to the Club.

Here’s how the program works:

  • Week 1: Complete your Health and Wellness Consultation and begin road mapping your routine
  • Week 2: Functional Movement Screens and Corrective Exercises to Focus On
  • Week 3: Personal Training Appointment Number One
  • Week 4: Personal Training Appointment Number Two
  • Week 5: Personal Training Appointment Number Three
  • Week 6: Action Plan and Goal Setting for the Future

Throughout the program you will have full access to the club including all strength and cardio equipment, salt-filtration pool, and group fitness classes. After you complete the New Member Success Program, we will activate your membership with a $0 Joining Fee.
