Water-based activity places less stress on the joints and makes exercise more comfortable and practical than on dry land, and a recent article in the New York Times offers insight on why aquatic exercise is beneficial for all for all fitness levels and age groups.

At Waverley Oaks, our salt filtration pool offers programs that all ages can enjoy, from students to seniors or together as a family. Choose from lap swimming, family swim or water fitness classes. All are by reservation only through our member portal or on the app.

Note that a Wellness & Pool Membership must be activated to book swim lane times. Family Swim and Hydro Blast are included in all membership levels.
